Terms & Conditions for sale of products and parts

2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.

4. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will notify you by phone or email if there is a pricing error.
5. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact email has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use email to cancel such an order.

Payment Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer(SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Shipping & Damaged Shipments

Shipping charges will be included in your checkout price. We will notify you if any shipment is considered oversized and, in such cases, we will provide you with a shipping quote or an estimated shipping charge. If the actual shipping charges are more than what was calculated at checkout, you will be charged the additional shipping charges. We require a street address in order to ship parts as we will not ship to a post office box or military PO box. Delivery will be as confirmed by us in the Order Acknowledgement, typically two (2) to ten (10) business days from our acceptance of the order.

Upon receipt of any part shipment from us, please immediately inspect all packages for damage and if you find any damaged parts, please do not accept the shipment, request that the shipper return the package to us and provide us with notice. If you do not advise of shipping damage within three (3) business days of receipt, we will not be responsible for any damage incurred during shipment.

Buyer is required to inspect the package and note damage with the shipper or refuse the shipment altogether if contents are missing from the order and it will be at our discretion on whether a refund or replacement will be provided.

Returns

We will accept returns for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery provided that (i) the part is returned in the original packaging along with a copy of the applicable invoice; and (ii) the part identification number matches that contained on the order and invoice. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning any merchandise. If you choose to email us, please type "Return Authorization" in the subject line and include the order number and brief description of the problem in email. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Returned parts must be returned for inspection before we will issue any credit to you. In order to receive a credit, all return parts must be uninstalled and returned in or with the original packaging. All return shipments to us must be prepaid. We will not accept COD or freight collect and such shipments will be refused. If these requirements are not met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense. Please note that we cannot accept returns on airbags, electrical, fuel injection, high performance parts or previously installed parts. On items that we are able to accept for return, we may in our discretion charge up to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping cost, unless the return is solely the result of an error by us. If the return is caused by our error, we will issue you a credit for the cost of the part, plus all shipping costs. Be advised that the credit may take up to four days to post to your account.

Parts Warranty & Disclaimer

We will repair or replace any part that is found, upon inspection by us, to be defective provided that we are notified of the defect in writing within ninety (90) days of purchase. To the extent the manufacturer of the part offers a longer duration warranty, we will transfer to you such manufacturer’s warranties. We are making no other warranties to you such that any WARRANTIES PROVIDED ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. Our warranty and any manufacturer warranty transferred hereunder does not apply to any part that has been abused, altered, misused, misapplied, improperly installed, or repaired or if the manufacturer serial numbers or warranty date decals have been removed or altered. Upon determination that the purchased part is defective, we will ship the repaired or replacement part to you at our cost.

Discontinued Parts

Not all discontinued parts or accessories are available for immediate shipment – we will advise upon order placement. Please call or email to confirm availability and delivery. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued parts or accessories as such sales are considered final.

Core Policy

We will notify you if there is a "core charge" applicable to any part we sell. The core charge is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us and we will process any applicable refund in accordance with the part manufacturer’s policies.
